Following the highly successful completion of our 2014 apprenticeships, we are delighted to have offered up a further four places with the launch of our 2018 Apprenticeship programme.
The successful applicants will undergo a four year Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship with Future Biogas. All four apprentices will be based on a designated site during their first year, spending one day a week at college. During their second year, they will increase the amount of time spent at different sites and working alongside our maintenance team.
We are looking forward to working with the training providers and to welcoming our new apprentices to the company. We also want to congratulate our intake of 2014 who have been a pleasure to work with and are now near to the end of their programme. Our Director of Operations, Colin Mills, has been hugely supportive of the Initiative, “It is really great that we have reached a size of firm that allows us to double the size of this hugely valuable initiative. To assist in the support of training young people into qualified engineers ensures we are able to bring driven, ambitious young people into our business, instil them with high standards and industry specific knowledge and be able to guide them into rewarding full time employment. It is initiatives like these that ensures Future Biogas will continue to be a market leader.”
