Jenny is an agile HR leader with over two decades of experience guiding organisations through growth, change and cultural transformation.
Her career spans multiple sectors, from institutional publicly listed companies to the entrepreneurial world of small and medium enterprise as well as private equity-backed businesses, where she’s consistently combined strategic thinking with operational delivery. Along the way, she’s developed a reputation for simplifying complexity, mentoring future HR leaders, and achieving standout results like Future Biogas’s employee retention and engagement scores.
Since joining Future Biogas in 2015, she has built the HR function from the ground up and now sits on the Senior Leadership Team, embedding organisational values, helping to guide the business through significant transformation—driving a culture that balances the human with the commercial, and leading with energy, resilience and clarity.
Outside of work, Jenny can be found out in Surrey’s woodlands with her dog or planning her next escape to the sun. A loyal gym-goer, she’s determined to stay fit while insisting that life’s too short not to balance burpees with a good glass of wine.
