Seb Edwards
From a young age Seb has always wanted to work in agriculture.

After attending Easton College Norfolk he went off in search of adventure, he didn’t go far to begin with and arriving in Jersey CI he spent two years planting potatoes and being an active member of Jersey Young Farmers. Not wholly satisfied this was enough of an adventure he gained his HGV license and travelled Europe working for a Dutch based haulier.
Seb quickly realised that his heart was in agriculture, so after becoming content he’d seen enough European motorways, he returned to his beloved potatoes and met his wife. After a couple of years in Jersey Seb and Rebecca moved back to Suffolk where he worked for an agricultural contractor before Seb joined Future Biogas in 2014.
Seb works alongside Ange to head up the farming team at Future Biogas, overseeing a team of 13 people who are responsible for growing around 500,000t of crops to feed to the biogas plants and managing the solid and liquid digestate produced.
He spends Sundays coaching his son and the under-fives at the local rugby club along with his great mates. Seb also has a daughter who’s much less keen for him to teach Saturday morning dancing. After seeing him post a few beers at wedding… we totally agree with her!
